Submissions must follow the guidelines listed below in order to be considered for publication. Submission of materials to RAILDEPOT.COM assigns permission to RAILDEPOT.COM to publish materials on the site. Submissions may be archived for future viewing, but will never be published elsewhere. All submitted materials remain the property of the submitter and will be removed from RAILDEPOT.COM upon request. There is no financial compensation for submitted and/or published materials. If you believe you hold copyright(s) to material submitted to and published on this site, please send proof of copyright to copyright@raildepot.com and it will be removed.
Submission Guidelines
1. All submissions must be sent via electronic mail only.
2. An outline of your entry must be submitted prior to sending the completed entry. Your name, address and phone number must be included in your outline.
2. Photos must be in .JPEG format only. Graphics, if submitted, must be .GIF files only.
3. Written text may be submitted only in the following
formats only:
a. ASCII Text file
b. Microsoft Word
5. More specific guidelines will be given to all approved submissions prior to publication. Any questions can be sent to Rob at webmaster@raildepot.com. We look forward to receiving your materials soon.
